Added some additions to broadcast commands:
!regs (message goes to regs class 1 only)
!vips (message goes to vips only)
!admins (message goes to admins class 5 and 10 only)
!bc = sends a message to all (use of this command determined by min_class_bc_* variables)
!guests = sends a message only to non regged users (guests) (use of this command determined by min_class_bc_* variables)
!regs = sends a message only to regs (class 1 users) (use of this command determined by min_class_bc_* variables)
!vips = sends a message only to vips (class 2 users) (use of this command determined by min_class_bc_* variables)
!oc or !ops = same as always (will basicaly initiate opchat)
!cheefs = will send a message to cheefs (classes 4 and 5 will recieve this message) (only ops and above can use this command)
!admins = same as before will send a message to admins (class 5 and 10 users) (only admins and masters can use this command)
!masters = will send a message to masters (class 10 users) (only admins and masters can use this command)
